Ashley Jane Georgia is a Creative Director with over a decade of experience shaping luxury beauty and fashion brands through 360° campaign development and high-performing creative. She partners closely with executive leadership not just to guide creative vision, but as a strategic business partner with a strong foundation in marketing, translating business objectives into compelling visual storytelling that drives engagement, brand growth, and measurable results.
 

A hands-on creative leader, Ashley brings a deep, end-to-end understanding of production, leading campaigns from concept through execution across photography, video, digital, and packaging. She is known for building and mentoring high-level, collaborative creative teams while maintaining a strong, cohesive brand vision across every touchpoint.
 

Ashley began her career in Los Angeles, working across luxury fashion and entertainment, before relocating to New York City, where she became a key creative contributor in the fashion and e-commerce space. She later expanded into agency life, leading content development for luxury beauty and skincare brands while refining her expertise in campaign strategy, client collaboration, and scaled production.
 

Since 2018, she has served as Senior Art Director at Virtue Labs, where she leads end-to-end creative for global campaigns, product launches, and multi-channel content across DTC, retail, paid media, and social.
 

In 2023, Ashley founded Glassic Charm, a women-made jewelry and accessories brand based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Rooted in nostalgia and playful design, Glassic Charm® is known for its signature glass charms, handcrafted from molten Murano Italian glass in partnership with lampwork artists around the world. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, designed to be both sophisticated and durable. The brand offers feel-good, unisex accessories for everyday wear, bridging the gap between luxury and accessibility.
